Sri Murugan White Peas / Safed Vatana - 500gm

Normally, we associate dried peas with a deep green color. But we can also procure them as yellowish white (Safed) color. This type offers a more delicate flavor. Safed Vatana are nothing but dried white peas. In India, Safed Vatana is mostly used in Gujrati & Maharashtrian cuisines. They are essential in making maharashtrian street food dishes like Misal Pav and even ragda patties.
